INGREDIENTS :
- Cookie Crust: (16.5 ounce) package prepared sugar cookie dough
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow cream
- 1 teaspoon Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon Argo® Corn Starch
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Dash salt
- 2 1/2 cups assorted cut-up fresh fruit
DIRECTIONS :
1. Press cookie dough into greased 12-inch pizza pan. Bake in a preheated
350 degrees F oven for 15 minutes until done, but still soft. Cool.
2. Mix package cream cheese, marshmallow cream, Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla
in a medium bowl with a hand mixer until thoroughly combined. Spread over
crust.
3. Than Combine sugar and corn starch in a small saucepan until well mixed.
Add orange juice, water, lemon juice and salt. Bring to a boil over medium
heat, stirring constantly.
4. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Cool 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
5. Slice fresh fruit and arrange on cream filling.
6. Drizzle with glaze and chill at least 30 minutes.
Note: The amount of fruit you will need may vary from 2 cups to 3 cups
depending on what fruit is used.

Ingredients :
- 1 unbaked 9-inch (4-cup volume) deep-dish pie shell
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup or 1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
- 1 cup (6 ounces) Nestlé Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- Sweetened whipped cream or ice cream (optional)
Directions Cook :
1. PREHEAT oven to 325° F. Than beat eggs in large mixer bowl on high speed until foamy. Beat in flour, granulated sugar and brown sugar. Beat in butter. Stir in morsels and nuts. Spoon into pie shell.
2. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Serve warm with whipped cream (if desired).
NOTE: If using frozen pie shell, use deep-dish style, thawed completely. Bake on baking sheet; increase baking time slightly.

Ingredients :
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4-ounce package quick-rising dry yeast
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 cup hot brewed coffee, medium dark roast such as Millstone Bed & Breakfast Blend
- 3 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons melted butter or vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions Cook :
1. In large bowl combine flour, yeast, sugar and salt. In separate bowl, whisk together milk, coffee, eggs, butter and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredient mixture, stirring just enough to blend.
2. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to sit in warm place until doubled in size about 45 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips.
Note : Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions. Spoon in enough batter to cover iron. Bake until done and golden brown.

Ingredients
- 3/4 c Low ft margarine, room temp
- 1/2 c Packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c All purpose flour
- 1 ts Ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c Oats, uncooked
- 1 ts Vanilla
- 1 c White sugar
- 2 ea Egg whites, slightly beaten
- 1 ts Baking soda
- 1/4 ts Ground nutmeg
- 1 c Raisins
Directions Cook :
1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk margarine and sugars until light and fluffy, Than add egg whites.
2. In a medium size bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg, add to sugar mixture, stir in oats, raisins and vanilla.
3. Chill 1 hour
4. Preheat oven 350F
5. Roll a teaspoon of dough into a ball and place on an ungreased cookie sheet, grease the bottom of a glass with margarine, dip glass in sugar and use to flatten ball of dough, continue, leaving adequate space between cookies
6. Bake 10 min.
Dorayaki Cake

Ingredients :
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3 Tbsp water
- 1 cup flour, sifted
- 3/4 lb anko (sweet azuki beans)
- vegetable oil for frying
Directions Cook :
1. Put eggs and sugar in a bowl and whisk very well. Dissolve baking soda in water. Add the water in the egg mixture. Add sifted flour in the egg mixture gradually.
2. Heat a skillet or hot plate and lightly oil it. Pour a scoop of the batter into the skillet and make a small pancake. (*about 4 inches in diameter.) Turn over when bubbles appear on the surface. Repeat this process to make 8-10 pancakes.
3. Cool the pancakes. Make pairs of pancakes and put a scoop of anko sweet beans between them.
4. this recipe serve 4 or 5 dorayaki.

- 1 14ounce package extra-firm, water-packed tofu, rinsed, patted dry and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 8 cups mixed salad greens
- 2 medium carrots, peeled, sliced
Directions Cook :
1. Whisk canola oil, honey, vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, and salt in a bowl.
2. Place tofu and 2 tablespoons of the dressing in a large nonstick skillet. Cook over medium-high heat, turning every 2 to 3 minutes, until golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes for total.
3. Remove from the heat, add 1 tablespoon of the dressing to the pan and stir to coat.
4. Toss greens and carrots with the remaining dressing.
5. Serve immediately the warm tofu.
