Chocolate Chip Pie


A pie with chocolate taste and have more nutrition, like 580 calories, 57 g carbohydrate, anda 7 g protein.


Ingredients :
- 1 unbaked 9-inch (4-cup volume) deep-dish pie shell
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup or 1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
- 1 cup (6 ounces) Nestlé Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- Sweetened whipped cream or ice cream (optional)

Directions Cook :
1. PREHEAT oven to 325° F. Than beat eggs in large mixer bowl on high speed until foamy. Beat in flour, granulated sugar and brown sugar. Beat in butter. Stir in morsels and nuts. Spoon into pie shell.

2. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Serve warm with whipped cream (if desired).

NOTE: If using frozen pie shell, use deep-dish style, thawed completely. Bake on baking sheet; increase baking time slightly.

Coffee Chocolate Chip


Chocolate chip with coffee taste.


Ingredients :
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4-ounce package quick-rising dry yeast
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 cup hot brewed coffee, medium dark roast such as Millstone Bed & Breakfast Blend
- 3 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons melted butter or vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions Cook :
1. In large bowl combine flour, yeast, sugar and salt. In separate bowl, whisk together milk, coffee, eggs, butter and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredient mixture, stirring just enough to blend.

2. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to sit in warm place until doubled in size about 45 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips.

Note : Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions. Spoon in enough batter to cover iron. Bake until done and golden brown.

Oatmeal Cookies

Oatmeal Cookies recipe with easy make, just need preparation Time Over 1 hour.


Ingredients
- 3/4 c Low ft margarine, room temp
- 1/2 c Packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c All purpose flour
- 1 ts Ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c Oats, uncooked
- 1 ts Vanilla
- 1 c White sugar
- 2 ea Egg whites, slightly beaten
- 1 ts Baking soda
- 1/4 ts Ground nutmeg
- 1 c Raisins

Directions Cook :
1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk margarine and sugars until light and fluffy, Than add egg whites.
2. In a medium size bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg, add to sugar mixture, stir in oats, raisins and vanilla.
3. Chill 1 hour
4. Preheat oven 350F
5. Roll a teaspoon of dough into a ball and place on an ungreased cookie sheet, grease the bottom of a glass with margarine, dip glass in sugar and use to flatten ball of dough, continue, leaving adequate space between cookies
6. Bake 10 min.

Dorayaki Cake


Want make Dorayaki, the favorit food of Doraemon (cartoon character from japanesse anime). To made this doriyaki recipe on several occasions and it always turns out great!


Ingredients :
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3 Tbsp water
- 1 cup flour, sifted
- 3/4 lb anko (sweet azuki beans)
- vegetable oil for frying

Directions Cook :
1. Put eggs and sugar in a bowl and whisk very well. Dissolve baking soda in water. Add the water in the egg mixture. Add sifted flour in the egg mixture gradually.
2. Heat a skillet or hot plate and lightly oil it. Pour a scoop of the batter into the skillet and make a small pancake. (*about 4 inches in diameter.) Turn over when bubbles appear on the surface. Repeat this process to make 8-10 pancakes.
3. Cool the pancakes. Make pairs of pancakes and put a scoop of anko sweet beans between them.
4. this recipe serve 4 or 5 dorayaki.

Sandwich Tuna Salad

Ingredients :
- 1 (6 ounce) can of tuna fish (if packed in water, drain it, and add a teaspoon of good quality olive oil)
- 1/4 purple onion, chopped finely
- 2 Tablespoons of mayonaise
- 1/3 cup of cottage cheese
- 1 Tablespoon of capers
- Juice of half of a lemon
- 1 celery stalk, chopped finely
- Pinch or two of dill
- 2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard

Directions Cook :
1. Mix all of the ingredients.
2. Serve on toast, either open faced, or in a regular sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes.

Chinesse Tofu with Salad

- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 14ounce package extra-firm, water-packed tofu, rinsed, patted dry and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 8 cups mixed salad greens
- 2 medium carrots, peeled, sliced

Directions Cook :
1. Whisk canola oil, honey, vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, and salt in a bowl.

2. Place tofu and 2 tablespoons of the dressing in a large nonstick skillet. Cook over medium-high heat, turning every 2 to 3 minutes, until golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes for total.

3. Remove from the heat, add 1 tablespoon of the dressing to the pan and stir to coat.

4. Toss greens and carrots with the remaining dressing.

5. Serve immediately the warm tofu.

ingredients
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. chopped red bell pepper
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped hot pepper rings
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced pimento
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 oz. chopped slivered almonds
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti, broken
- 4 slices American cheese

Directions Cook :
1. Melt margarine and cook peppers and mushrooms until tender
2. add flour and blend well. Add chicken broth. Cook and stir until thickened. Add chicken, pimento, and seasonings.
3. heat and add almonds.
4. Cook spaghetti in boiling water for about 9 minutes. Drain and mix with previous ingredients.
5. Place in casserole dish and cover with slices of American cheese. Heat at 325 degrees until cheese is melted (approx. 30 to 45 minutes). 6. Done and Serve.

Apple Coffee Cake



Apple and Coffee in the cake? What the...taste cake. This cake is very good for breakfast. it so very easy to make.


Ingredients :
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 5 1/2 Tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 medium Cortland or other baking apple, peeled and sliced

Directions Cook :

1. firstly, Set the oven to 375°F. Grease a 9-inch square baking dish with or pie pan a 4-cup capacity.

2. Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt.

3. In a bowl, combine 1/3 a cup of the sugar with the cinnamon, set aside.

4. In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream the butter with the remaining 1/3 cup sugar. Beat in the egg until blended. Add the flour mixture in three additions, alternating with the milk, beating until just combined.

5. Spread half the batter in the baking dish. Lay the apple slices on the batter so they just cover the batter (you may have to overlap some slices).

6. Sprinkle the apples with half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Spread the rest of the batter over the apples. Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon-sugar on top.

7. Bake the cake for 25 minutes or until it is golden brown and apples start to bubble at the edges.

Smoky Seafood Cocktails





Like shrimp cocktail is ideal to Thanksgiving meal.


ingredients :
- 4 garlic cloves, smashed
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 8 cups water
- 1 lemon, plus 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 3/4 pounds shelled and deveined large shrimp
- 1 1/2 pounds jumbo sea scallops, halved horizontally
- 1 cup bottled chile sauce
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 1/2 teaspoons hot pimentón de la Vera (smoked paprika)
- 24 stone crab claws, cracked and chilled

Directions Cook :
1. In a large pot, combine the garlic cloves with the coriander and fennel seeds, crushed red pepper, salt and water. Using a vegetable peeler, remove the zest from the lemon and add to the pot. Halve the lemon, squeeze it into the pot and add the halves.
2. Bring the liquid to a boil and then simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Add the shrimp and scallops and simmer just until white throughout, about 5 minutes. Drain the shrimp and scallops well and transfer them to a large plate. Leave the aromatics on the seafood.
3. Cover and refrigerate the seafood until chilled, at least 4 hours or overnight.
In a small bowl, whisk the chile sauce with the prepared horseradish, smoked paprika and the 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Spoon the smoky cocktail sauce into a small serving bowl.
4. Pick any aromatics off the shrimp and scallops and arrange the seafood on the platter or in individual glasses with the crab claws. Serve with the cocktail sauce.

Miso Soup Tofu


Miso Soup with Tofu. great soup from japanese


Ingredients:
- 3 cups dashi soup stock
- 1 block tofu
- 3-4 tbsps miso paste
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion

Direction Cook:
1. Put dashi soup stock in a pan and bring to a boil.
2. Cut tofu into small cubes and add them in the soup.
3. Simmer the tofu for a few minutes on low heat. Scoop out some soup stock from the pan and dissolve miso in it.
4. Gradually return the miso mixture in the soup then Stir the soup gently.
5. Stop the heat and add chopped green onion. Caution: not to boil the soup after you put miso in.
6. Makes 4 servings

Rice Puding


Rice Puding is tasty and easy to make.


Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups (600 ml) whole milk
- 1/3 cup (66 grams) long or short grain white rice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup (40 grams) raisins
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup (50 grams) dark brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract

Directions Cook

1. In medium heavy bottomed saucepan, combine milk, rice and salt and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer until the rice is tender, about 20 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom of the pan.

2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together with egg and brown sugar until well mixed. Add a half cup of the rice mixture, a tablespoon at a time, beating to incorporate.

3. Add egg mixture back into the saucepan of rice and milk and stir, on low heat, for 10 minutes or so, until thickened. Be careful not to have the mixture come to a boil at this point. Stir in the vanilla. Remove from heat and stir in the raisins and cinnamon.

4. Serve warm or cold.

INGREDIENTS :
- 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS COOK :
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, oil, eggs and sour cream.
3. Stir by hand approximately 50 strokes. Pour half of the batter into an ungreased 9x13 inch glass baking dish. Combine the brown sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle over the batter in the cake pan. Spoon the other half of the batter into the cake pan, covering the brown sugar and cinnamon.
4. Twirl cake with a butter knife.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
6. Frost cake while it is still fairly hot and Serve warm.
